We’re thankful for the opportunity to give back to the Hispanic Alliance. Together, we donated 50 toys and 80 pounds of food to our community!
This week's employee spotlight is Janet! She has been an important asset to the MyGeorgia team for 17 years.
When asked about the most rewarding part of the job, she shared that it’s those moments when a member comes to her unsure of where to turn. After sitting down together, reviewing their credit, and creating a plan, she gets to watch them thrive. The best part? When those same members come back years later and say that without the credit union’s support, they don’t know where they’d be today. Those stories are what make her work truly meaningful.
Outside of the office, she enjoys reading, spending time with family, and worshiping with her church family.
And a fun fact about Janet: she absolutely loves sharing and hearing corny dad jokes!

When she’s not at work, you’ll likely find her boating on the lake with her grandkids and great-grandkids. Another fun fact is that she loves riding motorcycles!
