Auto Transfers
Pre-established transfers occurring between your accounts within MyGeorgia CU.
If you currently have Auto Transfers set up within the current online banking system, or the credit union has set these up for you internally, there are a few things you need to know:
- Starting 10/21/25, you will NOT be able to View, Modify or Delete these transfers within the new online banking system. However, they WILL process according to the current schedule.
- If you would like to have access to View, Modify or Delete these transfers, please contact the credit union at 770-534-4255 or support@mygacu.com. We can delete the transfer, and you can then set up the transfer within the new online banking system.
External Transfers
If you currently use the ‘External Transfers’ feature in the current online banking system, there will be some changes with the launch of our new platform on 10/21/25:
- If you have Pre-existing, ‘Recurring’ External Transfers, these WILL continue to process as usual. However, these transfers will NOT be available to View, Modify or Delete within the new online banking platform. If you wish to View, Modify or Delete these transfers, you will need to call 770-534-4255 or email support@mygacu.com.
- If you have previously linked an External account for transfers, you will need to re-link these accounts within the new online banking platform. To link an external account, there are two possible ways to do this:
- Most External Accounts will be linked through ‘Plaid’. With Plaid, you will need your login credentials for the account you wish to link. You no longer will be required to verify the microdeposits.
- If the Account you wish to link is not available through Plaid, you will be required to request and verify the microdeposits.
