MyGeorgia CU SMS Text Chat* uses end-to-end security to ensure your message is encrypted for your security and privacy.

Text 770-534-4255 with your basic inquiry, and our Member Service Contact Center will support you. The feature is available during regular Member Service Contact Center business hours; these hours may be affected by holidays**. Regular hours include:

Monday – Thursday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
Friday 8:00 am to 6:00 pm

When you use this service, you will be required to verify your identity before we can support your inquiry . We recommend not using SMS Text Chat for highly sensitive or complex inquiries, as a live Member Service Contact Center or Branch Representative will better serve you.

We will not be liable for any delays or failures in your receipt of any SMS messages as delivery is subject to effective transmission from your network operator and processing by your mobile device. SMS Text Chat services are provided on an AS IS, AS AVAILABLE basis. It is your sole responsibility to ensure your device(s) are compatible with and capable of operating in a manner that allows you to utilize SMS Text Chat securely, including, but not limited to, installing current software manufacturer provided patches and current anti-virus/anti-spyware software.

We reserve the right to disclose any information as necessary to satisfy any law, regulation, or governmental request, to avoid liability, or to protect our rights or property. We reserve the right to alter charges and/or these terms and conditions from time to time. We may suspend or terminate the service to you if we believe you are in breach of our terms and conditions.
